As a full-spectrum doula, I am committed to guiding you through pregnancy, childbirth and beyond- with personalized care and a calm presence to empower you every step of the way.

I’m Michelle Sánchez (she/her), a highly qualified doula with a deep commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed reproductive health practices. My approach is grounded in anti-racism, viewed through an intersectional lens and supported by evidence-based science.
With over a decade of experience in EMS, I bring a unique perspective as a paramedic, a caregiver, and a parent. I am fully equipped to support families through all birth and postpartum scenarios.
Raised on the Northside of Chicago, I live in Rogers Park with my family, two “ferocious” Pitbulls, and a large fancy goldfish aquarium. I’m passionate about vegetarianism, nurturing my indoor garden, and exploring plant medicine as a way to strengthen my connection with my Mexican and Indigenous Apache/Ndé heritage.
